Ex-Duchess, Sarah Ferguson, hangs out with Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls fame at a UNICEF concert event in New York City on Tuesday night.

Later in the evening, Fergie joined the young songstress in a festive round of droppin’ it like it’s hot all in the name of charity.
