Do-gooder starlet Hilary Duff proudly showed off her new fringe bangs at last night’s National Kidney Foundation Gala in Los Angeles.

Definitely an improvement. She looks less harsh & horsie.

I think her putting a little weight on takes away from the square jawed (horse as you say) look.
